RETURN POLICY

Parolin Store USA accepts returns of domestic orders within 15 days of the date the order was shipped. Return shipping fees will be charged to the customer.

Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, unworn, unwashed.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.

All Final Sale items are not eligible for returns.

 

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

For international returns, return shipping and any reverse duties are the responsibility of the customer.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you that your return is accepted. This process can take up to 1-3 business days.

When your return is accepted, your refund will be processed and applied to the original method of payment.

Note that refunds can take up to 7-10 business days to appear on your bank account due to varying processing times between financial organizations.
